We understand life happens! We offer a one-time replacement of broken or damaged frames for $100, and/or lenses for $50-$75.

Contact Lens Exchange/ Refund Policy
Contact lens exchanges must meet the following criteria:
Boxes must be unmarked, unopened, and resellable with at least a year expiration left.
The original date of purchase must be within a year or exchange
Exchanged contact lenses cannot be applied toward a rebate as a purchase
**After 30 days from purchase, Contact lenses can only be EXCHANGED or returned for an in-store credit. No Refunds will be provided.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase or experience any issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, so we can find a resolution.
